Mirvac generally employ model makers to make marketing models of our larger residential projects which we wish to pre-sell "off the plan". These models are used as a sales and marketing tool to present accurately the attributes of the Mirvac product to our potential buyers. From experience we have found that using models is the most easily understood way of showing our clients the qualities of the design and amenities of the development before they are built.
Recently we commissioned Idrawfast to build models for two of our current large residential developments in W.A. Apart from the name, which just so kitsch it's almost funny, we could not fault the service they provided and the models they produced.They were very competitive, good people to work with and grasped the complexity of the design and reproduced our vision in model form accurately and convincingly. In short Idrawfast are right up there to the high standard Mirvac demands and we have every intention of commissioning them for further projects.
