Designed by the De Nova Group in Melbourne, the aim of this project was to represent the existing heritage listed mansion in a realistic manner.

Idrawfast have designed the white mansion using photographs, then superimposed this image into the perspective along side the proposed development.

The project was for the creation of an upmarket aged care facility in the prestigious Inner-East of Melbourne. With a brief of keeping with the existing heritage and green feel of the area.They were very useful when presented to Cromwell council, as they showed the juxtaposition of the two developments sitting together in harmony.

We were able to utilise our new monster render capability and cutting edge industry techniques while blending the 3D trees to these images. This is a technique we have been developing for some time now but with our new technologies it has put us in a new league and set new industry standards.

We are happy to report that the client was equally impressed with the results.
