Product update Apartment Builder

An innovation from idrawfast, Apartment Builder was developed in response to a need idrawfast learned about by talking to the people at the coal face – the salespeople in the
display centres.
They told us their single biggest frustration in the sales suit was “stopping the browsers long enough to break the in built resistance to being approached by a salesperson.” So we looked at how we could engage the person who walks through the door in something that was interesting enough for them to stop, sit down and actually start looking through the development, allowing the salespeople to do their relationship building.

Apartment Builder allows for multiple schemes to be featured – using idrawfast’s interactive perspective technology, it shows views from every apartment at the click of a mouse; it shows multiple furniture schemes – allowing the purchaser to imagine their own furniture in the living space.
It contains a SQL database function that tracks purchaser preferences – which are then sent to the developer, builder or salesperson by email in the form of a detailed report. It contains the contracts for fast sales, it contains up-to-date pricing on all apartments that can be changed by the salesperson on a daily basis to keep up with the market. The number of features that Apartment Builder can be fitted with is endless – and all with one aim – to give the developer a tool that will sell property faster and with less hassle.
