Active Model - Special Feature

Physical models are a powerful selling tool. A full colour/full detail model grabs the attention of the prospective purchaser as soon as they enter the display centre. But models are not interactive... That is until Idrawfast developed Active Models. By building the internal partitioning of each apartment within the development and linking individual LED lights to a programmable lighting controller your client is able to see each apartment light up in response to keying in the apartment number.
But of course, this has been done before. Idrawfast takes it a step further. Linking the same controller to a panel at the front of the model with the floor plans of each level, and having a colour coded lighting system, the prospective purchaser can see if that apartment is available.
Fully user programmable, the system can be updated each time an apartment is sold or goes under contract.
